We collect: (a) Account information — name, email, phone, and role when you register; (b) Listing data — financial figures, descriptions, and photos you provide; (c) Usage data — pages visited, search queries, and interaction with listings; (d) Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store card details.
We use your information to: operate and improve the Platform; connect buyers with sellers; send listing alerts you have subscribed to; process payments; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails (inquiry notifications, listing updates). You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
We share data with: Stripe (payment processing); email service providers (transactional emails); and law enforcement if required by law. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are anonymized within 30 days. Listing data may be retained for up to 5 years for audit and compliance purposes.

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), prepared SQL statements to prevent injection attacks, and regular security audits to protect your data.
