By accessing or using Advertsale ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
You may use Advertsale solely for lawful purposes related to buying, selling, or brokering businesses. You agree not to: post false or misleading listings; use the Platform to spam or harass other users; scrape, copy, or resell Platform content; or attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of listing information including financial figures, business descriptions, and photographs. Advertsale does not verify the accuracy of any listing and makes no representations regarding the financial performance of listed businesses.
Where an NDA is indicated on a listing, buyers agree to maintain the confidentiality of the business identity and financial information received. Breach of this obligation may result in legal action by the seller.
Listing fees are charged at the time of listing activation. Refunds are available within 7 days if no inquiries have been received. No commission is charged on completed sales. Stripe processes all payments securely.
Advertsale is a marketplace platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for: the accuracy of any listing; the conduct of any user; the outcome of any business transaction; or the business performance after sale.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms, posts fraudulent content, or engages in conduct harmful to other users or to the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration. Advertsale operates globally and users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
